American Federalism First (AFF) is a project still under development by Gary Rowley who resides in Legislative District 10 (LD10) of Maricopa county, in the state of Arizona. This Precinct Planner tool is a pilot program of that project AND YOU ARE HEREBY INVITED TO VOLUNTARILY PROVIDE RELEVANT, ANONYMOUS  FEEDBACK.  This Precinct Planner was created in a collaborative partnership with Dena Larsen of LD14, same county, same state. A similar planner has been made for LD10. Since other planners are in various stages of completion, Americanism First (AFF) is the name that has been given as the online entity created to host any completed planners. By downloading this specific Precinct Planner you recognize that it consists of content designed, arranged and copyright protected by American Federalism First (AFF) / Gary Rowley and Dena Larsen.
